Sandy Tile bid on this job and were slightly higher than the rest, but offered a higher quality of work. The job was done quickly over 2-3 days but the end results were not as expected for the price. Several places with grout mismatching/discoloration and a few uneven tiles left a bad taste in my mouth. I had to work with the grout supplier mysef to resolve grout issues. Sandy Tile missed meetings to resolve issues. Although work was done fairly, customer satisfaction was mediocre at best.

This company was excellent. They were polite and extremely professional. Although the owner was out on vacation, he took time from his vacation to check in with us and also keep checking on the progress of the job. When he returned from vacation, he immediately called to check on the status of the job and if the job had been scheduled as requested. It had. He went to the job site himself and along with this staff completed the job to our client's approval. We wish there were more subcontractors like them. Thank you.

He was excellent. He came when he stated he would and the job was completed in a timely manner and very well. I would recommend him very highly.
