Once you pay them you better expect to never hear from them again if you have had any issues! Wrong sizing, missing pieces, etc. - horrendous experience!!!

I worked directly with Erik Vanvoorhis who was absolutely amazing coordinating everything from the CAD visitation of the space to the ordering, payment and pickup of the cabinets! Truly a one stop shop with him. Also a Marine veteran he was excellent in communication and follow up! Highly recommend!

Looking for a 5 STAR company for a remodel. Sanels Wholesale Cabinets and Home Solutionz together do a fantastic job of remodeling a house from top to bottom. Jaycee at Sanels is the guy to talk to about replacing cabinets and countertops, he is so helpful and knowledgeable. Joe and Garcia made sure everything went well with the painting, floor installation, bathroom remodels, lighting, electrical and all of the incidentals. The follow up with the final punch list went smoothly and the house looked so beautiful, it SOLD after only 2 days on the market!!

The customer service was terrible. They would not call me back and let me know why there were delays. The owners finally came to my home and apologized for employees. They told me the had to fire 12 employees because they were not being helpful to the customers. They finally got my project completed. And I was satisfied with their work. I had kitchen cabinets and. Bathroom vanity and countertops done project took from end of January to second week in April to complete. I think that was too long. Cabinets turned out beautiful and price was great

If there was an option to give a score less than zero, I would have. This is the worst experience I have had with any company. Customer service is extremely poor. Ownership and upper management do not care about their customers. Once you have paid, they forget about you and your order. Completely non-responsive. Completely unprofessional. High turnover, Zero follow-ups. The order was placed in August and promised the first of October. It is now almost February and the order has yet to be fulfilled. Without exaggeration, have made at least 50 phone calls and over 20 emails. Only a few have been answered and all without any solution. Still waiting and have filed multiple complaints.
