The final result of our project is amazing. They are exceptionally communicative and pay attention to the customer’s special requests.

Measure, mark, slope, level, dig, forms, etc. not part of the vocabulary. The rectangle patio in front of the house will need to be redone. Slopes toward the house, and pools water. It is 65.25 in out from the front foundation at one end by the step, and 69.75 inches out at the end by the patio steps. How you get a "rectangle" like that is beyond me. The big patio with sunken fire pit will have to come out and redone again. Goes up and down in places and pools water by the step and other spots, which was the whole reason to replace it. They put a drain in to run out the side, but that is too far from the bottom step to do anything, so they just "drilled a hole". Cables not reburied, plants destroyed and not replaced, took the termite traps out to move them in when doing the retaining walls. Left post hole digger for them. Egg rock poured in. Termite traps left laying on top. now that all has to be removed. Clean-up is your responsibility. Paid them to go away. You will be sorry.

I can’t thank them enough for taking over a job another contractor started and walked off the job. They not only finished it but it’s so much better! They showed up and worked till done. We will hire them again!

Did not come as scheduled. Did not prep soil for sod as described prior to beginning of job. After a month, the sod has still not rooted. Did not bring proper equipment to plant trees as described in estimate. As a result holes were hand dug for ten foot trees. Some trees are eight inches above soil line, some four inches below. Five of ten trees are crooked. Did not completely cover root ball in seven of ten trees. I had to check each one and add soil. They did not bring any mulch to mulch newly planted trees.

It went great the work was done in a day and they followed up the next morning to see how it looked, if there were any issues and if we were happy with the job.
