Customer service was good throughout the process. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, a bonus room and some stairs. After the job was done, the carpet still had a pet odor. They scheduled a time to come back and do a deeper sanitizing at no additional charge. I appreciated that level of service and I would use this company again or recommend them.

I was charged $99.00 for 2 rooms and Santi for mold. He was there less than 25 minutes. I was not there to judge but I know how dirty that carpet was. This is why I gave a 2 for value.

Never been a lack of communication, they explain everything and they are so prompt. Very neat, clean they were just great! My value was extremely great and I felt they're prices were more than fair.
