Sani and team have done several roof cleanings, moss removal, and a new roof install for me this past year. He is competitive in pricing, quick to find time to get the work completed, and his team is always efficient and conscientious. I will certainly use him again for future work.

It’s the middle of winter and I’m in bed staring at the ceiling. Suddenly, like a scene from a horror movie, the ceiling begins to reach out towards me as if to grab me and pull me up into the torture chambers above. But wait.. no… it’s not supernatural.. it’s something far more sinister, terrifying, AND costly - the roof has developed a leak and the drywall ceiling is swelling up like a 5th grader who just got knocked by the school bully. It’s a weekend in winter and I call two places for help. Only 1 responded - Sani. His crew came out same day, put a bandaid on the leak, and told me to call again when I needed a roof, which I surely needed one! I offered, practically begged to pay (I’m old school that way..) Sani wouldn’t have it. Nope. No way. Fast forward to spring and I’m ready to deal with the roof. I “called around and got bids” (actually I didn’t, but don’t tell Sani) and his was the “lowest.” Actually the number in my head and the number on the quote were in line, so I went with Sani (and I’m old school that way since he did me a solid). Wow. Sani and his team went above and beyond. How specifically? 22 year old roof (original to the house) had cut some corners such as underlayment, valley stuff (should use metal), and steam vents. There was also rot on the corner trim where the siding joins. All this and more was taken care of in short order - about a week. Crew came early, worked late, and handled it. Clean up - were they even here?? The issue with the leak was mitigated by using flat roof material (which I think is a PVC material for very shallow roof pitches since comp is not as effective). The garden shed I built 2 years ago had a different color comp material. I was going to ask if they could replace it but before I did, it was just done. Why? “Because they didn’t match and it looked funny.” Well said. Thank you. Now I have a 40 year roof that will outlast the next two owners. And the monster in the ceiling has receded once and for all. Thank you, Sani. Here is your review and it is well earned.

The team did an amazing job last week. Without much notice, they started early on Tuesday and finished mid-day Friday. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced.
