They were the most amenable and honorable business I have ever dealt with .They invest in their customers spend a lot of time reviewing testing and assisting you in the process and advise on preventative care to prevent future out breaks .Micheal and rose are wonderful to deal with that it feels like a rare business experience that doesn't exist in most companies . I can say nothing but good reviews .The testing was done in a timely manor and so carefully implemented .I would recommend them if is anyone looking for remediation to mold .They are so thorough and go over all test results with you so you understand completely what is the problem at hand and what is needed to be done . You cant get a better service and communication is 100%

They were very kind, compassionate, and professional. After making my request to Home Advisor I was immediately contacted. They were very informative in their message as well as the intial phone conversation, who they were and what they could and could not do was explained to me what their company and who they were was explained to me so I knew what to expect for when they were coming and I was not caught off guard by any hidden fees and extra cost or random money making schemes,they took their time to do everything properly and I did not feel as if things were being rushed through they explained everything they were doing so as I can understand exactly what was going on and know why and how to prevent having the same issues in the future also what my money was actually being spent on. They job they did was very thorough and efficient. They were also the most reasonably priced and worked with me to do what was the most effective with my budget. They did exactly what they said they were going to do plus more and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be recommending them to others as they were concerned for me as a person and doing a proper job and not just to make money. I am very pleased with my choice of Sani Tech Environmental NE because finding a company like this is hard to come across nowadays, but I am glad I was fortunate to find them. 😊

Michael from Sani Tech Environmental was fantastic to work with. He was thorough and described in detail (and layman's terms) what he was going to be doing, each step of the process, sharing educational information, and why each part of the process was important. He and Rose were very accommodating to our availability and needs, and making sure our project was completed on time. Michael and Rose are very responsive and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with process start to finish. We did not have leave our home and job was started and finished as promised. If you want your entire home fully tested for mold, Sanitech is the vendor to use. My experience with Mike (the owner) was absolutely incredible. Like myself (also self employed), Mike educates his clients so that you know fully understand what you are purchasing. His costs are a bit higher for sure, but you get what you pay for. I could not be happier with the mold remediation work he did for me. And as for the cleanup, you'd never know he was in your home. Mind you, I had mold in my basement, garage, and attic. When we bought our country home last year we knew the attic might need close watching to avoid mold, so we made some immediate improvements and a year later searched for highly rated mold control specialists to do a follow up check up. SaniTech demonstrated why they deserve their ratings. They treated our house as if it were their own, and they really do not like mold! Mike and Rosie gave us an education, found trouble spots we had completely overlooked, and helped us develop a cost saving, multi-faceted, incremental plan to manage the factors that promote mold growth. With their help the house is now full of clean, dry, odorless, mold-free air.

Not knowing what to expect with a mold inspection, I was absolutely blown away by the detailed and efficient job that was done to spot areas, gather samples, test air quality and moisture, and continuously explain what was being done, why, and how. The written report that followed up on our discussions was so clear and complete it served as a template for the work that might be done and should be done. Mike & Rosie spent hours at my house in heavy rains yet were always cheerful and supportive. I was lucky that they could also handle all the follow-up work, again getting me through it.
