Sano Plumbing, Heating & AC.

Today was my first time reaching out and using Sano Heating and AC. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule me in. I called for a dryer duct cleaning and they were able to get a technician to my house same day. Jacob came to the house and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned out the vents, in what I felt was a timely manner and left the area pristine. He cleaned up all around and even was ensuring that there were no leftover trash or lint around my lawn. I really appreciate his eye for detail. After finishing the job, Jacob thoroughly walked me through what he did and fixed for me as well as pointed out some things that he visually saw that could use some attention. I really appreciated him informing me about somethings that I should probably be up keeping around my property. I had a great experience using Sano and would definitely call them out for their services again. Definitely give them a call if you are in need of some services around your home. Their communication is extremely prompt in the customer service is excellent. Also on a side note, I truly appreciated Jacob in the way he conducted himself extremely professionally. He was friendly ans he had good vibes. To be honest, as a woman who happened to be at home by myself during the Servicing, I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I know some people might find that weird to even comment on but I think it is important to share that the technician truly made his presence feel safe.
