The Techs did a very good job of installing the AC as well as the thermostat. One of the Techs returned to install the "skirt" of the thermostat as well as teaching us to use the Google Thermostat.

Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
We used Sansone for my new central AC unit, new water heater, and new major electrical work. Last week services, the electrical with PJ and Shanan went smoothly, they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. About a year ago, I purchased an A/C unit from them, and they charged me $80 for installing new vents as part of a deal with the purchase. Recently, I contacted them again to have two additional vents installed, only to be quoted an outrageous price of $700 per vent. When I expressed my concern to the sales manager, Kevin Zacharias, pointing out that this seemed unfair given my previous business with them, he responded rudely and dismissively, suggesting I take my business elsewhere if I did not like the price. Shockingly, a few minutes later, he called me back and verbally abused me, saying, â Go fxxx yourself, you piece of sxxx This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and a terrible way to treat a customer.

We had a new air conditioner installed on October 6th. Everything was great. Leonardo and Adonis were so nice and everything was so clean and neat. They were very efficient. On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us. Sansone is a great company to choose for your air conditioning services.. 5 Star service all the way!!! Thank you Sansone!!!

I initially called for a repair and Anthony came out evaluated our issues and provided honest feedback about cost and life expectancy of our unit. It was nine years old and had issues with draining as well as a busted compressor which shorted out the motor. He advised me that it could be repaired but would cost about half as much as a new unit. He priced out 4 different replacement units for me and explained the difference in power usage and efficiency of each one. He also provided financing information which we did not end up using but was available. We settled on our unit and 8am the next morning two installation techâ s were at my house with all equipment. The old unit was removed and new one in place in about 4 and 1/2 hours. By 1:30 the temperature had dropped from 96 degrees to 84 degrees. They demonstrated the different modes and options on my new thermostat and I could not be happier. All with a 12 year warranty on parts and labor!
