This company has very poor and defective business ethics. They cleaned several of my stone counter tops. They provided an estimate that included a 2 man work crew for an entire 8+ hour work day. The crew left right after lunch spending only 4 hours onsite. I asked the crew to do some additional cleaning work to fill the day. They said they had to contact "the office" and instead left the site half day. I accepted the completed work with a written qualification that they adjust their final submitted invoice based upon the only half time spent. They have refused. I paid my personal estimate of the invoice. The company continues to demand a windfall payment from me for time not spent. Very poor business ethics and no concern for fair and reasonableness for their customer. I am making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would NOT recommend this company for ANY work. Very bad experience with this company .

I provided a free written estimate to Ed and he scheduled for the service. Each service was priced per item. It was NOT an hourly charge. Customers don't like hourly charges anyway which is why we don't do it. When Ed scheduled he asked me how long the job would take and I said the day. I was being considerate so he would have an expectation of how long the crew would be in his house. But the estimate was priced per item and there was NO mention of hourly anything he made that up on his own. Notice there is no other mention of this from other customers here or elsewhere on the web.

The young men were very efficient, proud of the work that they did, and very helpful in moving the large pieces of furniture back into place when they were finished. The company is very lucky to have such good and motivated workers. I'll hire them again, in a minute!
