The work details were not clear. I had another impression of what was going to be done. The owner changed appointment times at the last minute. Nice guy but did not pay attention to details. Tried not to take responsibility for a few issues after work was completed. Some areas of the concrete paint job need to be redone in July 2021 when I return to Florida.

Larry and John were great to deal with and they worked with my schedule to get the work done. They had to regrade the area in front of my garage to drain correctly prior to paving. The work itself was done well and I would highly recommend their services.

The work has been done incorrectly twice - he was not experienced in taping or painting. He did not perform any concrete work but assured us he was experienced in the process - unfortunately, he is not. Nice enough guy, but the driveway came out lousy. He wants to come and try to rectify it for the third time. I will keep you updated.

"This is a case of an unfortunate job they can not be completed. I went back twice we did the job two times but the concrete is very porous and has rigid ridges in it unless the concrete is ground down the color will bleed into the base color tried to satisfy the customers request but to no avail will contact the customer on Thursday or Friday and speak to them I do not leave any job undone."

Has been completely undependable in regards to scheduling the job and is not communicating with me on my job and no since of urgency of doing the job. Never called my house once since receiving the deposit..... since the above comment they have performed in a professional manner and completed a good job

Extremely poor quality. Paid job in full and was promised he would return as he acknowledged the work was less than desirable. That was December. Still waiting for him to return. I am requesting at least a partial if not full refund.

Larry is a nice guy, let me say this first. However, part of the written contract was to crated weep holes around the pool deck as I have uneven pavement and the water just sits there creating mold and discoloring the paint. It is why we had the problem in the first place- and needed to have the pool deck painted and sealed again. The holes were created but when I questioned why they were not draining, he kept putting me off to come back. I finally had to set a deadline. He did come- 2 weeks later. One weep hole is still not draining and again I have a puddle that has been there for days. He also left a mess after coming back. It took 2 weeks to clean and filter the pool after he left it full of dirt and paint chips from cleaning.

"The customer was very cordial and very nice we got along great I drilled all loopholes took care of her drainage problem but she has an outside wall and uneven concrete is only so much you can do with that type of problem we did the best we could we resolve most of her drainage problem but there are a few spots that still exist unfortunately The pool and the pool deck is very old"

He was very professional and came back when I called him and told him the driveway was peeling and took care of the problem immediately within a few days without any additional fees or charges. He was very reliable, punctual, and respectful and I really appreciate him correcting the problem in 2 days. What better service can you get then that? I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing asphalt work done.

"The asphalt driveway it was 25 years old. I told them they needed a new asphalt overlay but they insisted on getting a sealer, there is only so much you can do with the sealer. The job was completed on time and that's unfortunate that's all we could I told them. I will give them a considerable discount next year if they consider doing an asphalt overlay."

The work is in progress but enough interaction and work has been done for me to give a thumbs up to the company. The owner/contractor, Larry Griffith, has explained everything with clarity, has introduced me to each workman (2) and each of them has been professional, courteous and appear to want to give an outstanding impression both in work and customer service. It was pouring the first time they came to the house. Larry said, "I said I'd be here, so I am." I am pleased and do not contemplate anything but satisfaction on my own part.

Never completed the cement repair; however, he came back several times to follow up on the project. The "cement repair" was some type of inferior cement patch work cracked off in 2 weeks. He responded to my calls, however, 2 months after being paid in full for crack repair and driveway painting, driveway patches keep cracking off. He now tells me "I need to bring in my cement guy"...never repaired to date and he was paid in full. Very disappointed.
