Project started as just a re-roof job, but went beyond that when we learned the company did other things that we also happened to need, ie. stucco and window replacement. Moved the projects along at a very good pace. The owner is very good about explaining everything that needed to be done. Window installation was completed very well indeed.

Our roof was in bad shape. After several inspections, Kevin gave us a fair & concise estimate, and explained exactly what was going to happen. We had many questions, concerns, and were pretty picky - Kevin answered all of our concerns with courtesy, respect, and a "it will get done right" attitude. He was on the job daily, and his workers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They had to tear off two bad roofs and put on new decking, were here over a week, and yet it was painless and only the expected amount of disruption to our lives :). Kevin never made us feel silly for asking questions - hire him!

It is difficult to rate this contractor because my experience was not good, but he was coping with terrible weather and was very frank that ideally we would have had more dry weather before he patched the leak. However, we tried to grab the time between storms, and he used a heat lamp to dry the roof. The repair did not solve the problem. Keven was prompt, responsive, and cooperative, but I ended with a relative removing the work Kevin did and redoing it - and the third storm the repair held.

Compleetion of entire project not completed due to weather. But so far, I am very satisfied. After getting rain, still leaking--two rains. Had to come back and put in canales and did not paint them, finish the color coat around repair was not done.
