Mr Santana was very professional and thorough in explaining solution for my problem. He scheduled an appointment to do the work, came on time,finished in a timely manner,and did an excellent clean-up after. I strongly recommend Santana for any insulation needs.

Miguel Santana came out within 24 hours after work to give an estimate. We agreed on the work which was a big job to replace old insulation in attic/ vaulted third floor ceilings with spray foam. He and his men were here two solid days. About 1 day for foam installation and 1 day for removal of old stuff. It took about 24 hours for things to cool down again but now our top floor is very comfortable and the AC seems like it works about half as much (actually I think the top floor now is colder than below because of extra ac vents that were originally installed up there). A day after install, on the hottest day of the year so far the roof outer surface was about 145-degrees, the attic was 88 degrees and the interior of the house stuck at 77 where I set it. A completely new feel. ALSO the attic is now very clean and reasonably climate controlled for great storage space now. Miguel was very careful around the house and kept the mess to a minimum. They did a good honest job. He even helped me replace a couple of very high lightbulbs while he had his ladders here. He answered his cell (early in the morning, I discovered in the middle of the day he is usually hard at work), and responded to emails. I almost wish I had another project for them to do. Very pleased!
