Very punctual! They set a time and stood by it. Also, made small adjustments for my schedule. Which was really great. They painted and repaired the stairs to my basement after the flood in August. They took time to explain what would work best for my safety which is another plus. They wasn't the first people I called, but now will be the only for such projects.

Santiago Home Improvement, LLC recently painted the interior of my house and power washed the exterior. Since the house was empty, they were able to move quickly and efficiently, and the results were excellent. The paint job was clean and even throughout every room, and the power washing made the outside look fresh and renewed. The crew was professional, thorough, and respectful of the property. Everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them for painting or exterior cleaning projects.

The Santiago Home Improvement team did a great job painting the exterior of my 1915 Milwaukee Bungalow home. They also did a fantastic job repairing unique wood extensions from under the soffit area all around the house plus several areas of trim.

Santiago is a seasoned professional who works on-site with his crew. We had the entire outside of our house painted in four colors. They were meticulous in their preparation, execution, and clean-up. We couldn't be happier with their work. Santiago is quick in responding to every question I had and always consulted with me whenever anything unexpected in the job came up (and as usual, it did). They arrived on the day they promised and completed in very timely fashion. These guys put in 11 hour days! I plan to be his client for any future projects.

Santiago and his crew did an excellent job with our exterior house painting job. Communication was very good and the job was completed in 4 days. We have a two story house with some challenging roof lines and a half exposed basement. They cleaned up everything very well. Price was fair as well as we had 3 bids for the job. We would use them again.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Santiago home improvement. I had my entire three floor townhome painted inside. They did a wonderful job so easy to work with. Communicated with me on the entire project. Also replaced the wooden spindles on my stairs with-wrought iron. cleaned stained and varnished all of my handrails and banisters very helpful on other projects in the home. I had my master bath shower replaced. They had the whole job done for me. Very helpful I would hire them and will hire them for any future projects that I have very nice guys cleaned up everything and took very good care of my home for me.

Great work done! They do a great job with many different home issues, not just painting. In addition, they clean up and are very easy to work with. Painted multiple rooms, ceilings. Helped with additional odd projects. Will re-hire for exterior work.
