He never calls back.

We hired this company to do fall cleanup. They did a ok job. While doing cleanup I told the owner Luis I was looking for someone to put a concrete walk way around the garden for my husband in a wheelchair. Luis told me he had a concrete man who worked for him that had been doing this for Thirty five years and was excellent so we decided to do it. I trusted him and gave him half the money. He came to me before it was done and asked me if he could have the rest of the payment to give his workers a bonus for Christmas. I was stupid enough to do it. The job he did was absolutely horrible it cracked before it was even dry. I had two concrete companies come up to see if they could fix it they both said it was the worst job they had seen and all they could do was rip it up and start over. We tried several times to contact Luis and he never got back to us. He just took $4,000 of our money an ran. He may do an ok job with cleanup but he is not an honest credible person. Shame on him. It has cost us a lot of money to get it redone. BEWARE!

Luis and his son and crew did a great job trimming our 13 evergreen trees and cleared out a lot of old unsightly chamisa, hauled it all away and cleaned up afterwards just great. Did just wanted we needed and the cost was very fair and competitive.

I was very happy with this company. The contact me with an email wanted to come out to look at my yard. The next day they showed up by 1 I had a quote to have my weeds pulled. They showed up a few days later had all the weeds pulled and trim the bushes. I totally recommend this company the owner Louie was very kind and helpful. Made me feel like a family member helping me. Santiago's does EVERYTHING REGARDING LAWN AND GARDEN CARE FOR US. This includes BIWEEKLY pruning, weeding, insect control, fertilizing, leaf control, fountain repair, lighting repair, mowing, and planting. They are family-owned and absolutely wonderful. Responsive, responsible, knowledgeable, and very hard working. We recommend them without reservation!!!

They attentive to my situation and my needs

I rated theis business a FIVE out of five. They arrived early in the morning. Lead person is courteous, and no BS!!!! They were here, got the job done so quickly I couldn't believe my eyes!! They did exactly what my property needed, and didnt overcharge. A five is not really enough. These workers are 100% professional and NO BS!! Would highly recommend!!

These folks were stone cold reliable and very professional. Very conscientious on the job and showed up early and finished the job as promised. And, above all, they listen to you. We agreed on a work plan, I learned a lot from them, and they did a superb job. They are very knowledgeable about all aspect of garden and patio care.

I am planning on their help when I plant a small orchard in a year or so. With the dying tree, we discussed all options before choosing to see if the tree is salvageable. I found Louie to be very forthcoming and helpful.
