I called Santiam Services on a stormy winter day after seeing my gutters overflowing. I had contacted two other companies in the Albany, OR area the week prior but no one returned my calls. Today Ashleigh at Santiam answered right away and talked me through a verbal quote and the services they offered. Quickly after our call she texted me a formal quote and asked when I needed the work done. I said ASAP Turns out they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon. The team showed up and greeted my wife and I professionally and quickly got to work. In the pouring rain and on my 3 story house roof they worked hard to complete the job before the sun set. I recommend Santiam Services to anyone in the area.

Austin and his crew did so much more than what I expected. I hired them to clean the windows, inside and out, and I lived in a very tall house. A lot of folks do not want to work on my house because of the height, but Santiam Services were enthusiastic and up to the challenge. They also soft washed the exterior. But they also removed the moss from my brick tiled roof. Not an easy feat by any means. Once again, they were enthusiastic and took on the project without hesitation. While they were on the roof, they cleaned out the gutters. Then, to top off their services, they power washed AND painted my back deck. It looks beautiful! Santiam Services is punctual, efficient, incredibly kind and respectful, personable, down-to-earth, HARD workers, good communicators, energetic and exude positive energy. I definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Hands down. I have already signed up for yearly maintenance with them. I feel confident that my house and I are in good, competent hands. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Extremely professional and friendly!

I hired Santium Services to power wash my driveway, remove moss and other debris from my roof, power wash my paver deck and concrete wall. The overall job was pathetic. The chemicals they applied on my roof were washed away by wind and rain and landed in my garden killing the upper branches of the red bark maple and the Japanese red maple as well as lily plants. They power washed the paver deck with so much pressure it washed away parts of the sealer leaving the deck looking dirty. The moss on the roof is still there waiting for the next rain to wash it off into the garden. They came by today to look at the work and told me it was my fault for not properly taking care of the deck. They also told me the chemicals they use would not kill plants but had no answer as to how the leaves and plants were killed. Their answer was that I didnt read the contract notifying me of possibility of damage. There are many other pressure washing companies. Do not take a chance on this one. Do Not Hire This Outfit. You will be sorry you did. I have pictures of the dead branches on the trees and the the paver deck. Trying to figure out how to post them.

They were on time and very clean and efficient with their cleaning of the inside and outside of our windows as well as the screens and the tracks, I forgot to mention to them that there was water etching on several of my windows so they didnâ t bring their acid wash materials, They were able to remove some of the etching but tell told me that had they been prepared to do the acid wash they would have been able to get all of the etching cleaned off. I shared their business card with my realtor and have also told neighbors about themâ -I would highly recommend them for window washing as that is the service that I hired them for,

Santiam Services did a great job with cleaning gutters, windows, and washing the deck. However, they left the side gate open in the course of cleaning and my senior dog wandered out of the yard. Good thing we found him shortly after he escaped. It's the details that count, as well as the quality of the job itself.

Austin contacted me immediately, got information about my very challenging project for window washing a cape cod with small pane windows and storm windows... the windows had not been washed for several years. He gave me a very reasonable bid which I accepted. He and his brother showed up on time and immediately went right to work. They were meticulous, cheerful, quick to ask questions or verify my needs. They were extremely careful with the old storm windows. This house has 32 small paned windows with 32 panes per window plus the storms... They were the bane of my childhood. They did all the windows plus basement... even the garage door until all the windows sparkle. They did this in two long days. They were a pleasure to have around and do high quality work. These are two young men that are throwing their hearts into building a business completely the right way. They are smart, capable and have a work ethic that is exceptional. I heartily recommend them. Excellent value, quality work, and really nice young men. I am grateful.

When I needed to adjust the time of my project slightly he was very accommodating. Austin is super polite and kind. He was quick to get working once he arrived and worked hard and diligently to get the job done. The job they actually did was a roof and gutter cleaning. The job was not an easy one considering the grade of the roof and height of some of the gutters. Santiam did a meticulous job of cleaning and treatment. The best thing about Santiam was their communication, they kept me apprised of their progress throughout the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great work! My driveway, walkway, porch and paver patio look almost new. Austin called me soon after I put in my request and he was easy to communicate with by email afterwards. By that, I mean he responded quickly, which is important to me nowadays, because most contractors are not that way. The price for the work was also reasonable, which is always a plus!

These guys were very professional and a great work ethic, I was impressed! You donâ t find that in the younger generation, I would highly recommend their company
