Chris was very personal and responsive. He was able to come up with options others told me that it was not possible or too expensive. His final quote for the project was very good and he did a great installation plus clean up. He will have future service here with the seasonal system maint. I would highly recommend his services.

As of this date, 1/28/08 Mr. Santino is still doing installation of the services we choose to do. We did not go with geo-thermal due to the cost and our ability to recover that cost during our lifetime. However, we are having a gas back-up furnace installed( replacing the electric one), a tankless water heater, and an emergency generator. At this point everything is going well.

Kept putting me off with different excuses. Came out once and reset a switch, but when the switch tripped again 10 minutes after he left, told me to keep resetting it the rest of the weekend (while the unit was blowing carbon monoxide into my house). Never came back to find why the switch kept tripping. Had to hire someone else to fix my heater after my family endured several nights of below-freezing temperatres.

"It was and old Rheem unit and had to order a roll out sensor. It was late on Friday when I first went out and could not get the part from Rheem till Monday. Sorry."

Chris was honest with us. He originally quoted us a higher price, and then when he discovered the problem was with a cheaper part, told us immediately instead of keeping to the original price. He could have easily taken us for an addition $150, but didn't. We appreciate his honesty.
