Ryan Santor was great to talk to and i felt that he really valued his customers. His mother Ruth Ann works in the office and makes calls to schedule appointments and she has only been there a few months but does a great job. Nick was the tech that came to my home and he had a very nice personality and when he worked on my projects if he wasn't happy he spent more time to make it as perfect as he could. Our home is not easy to work with sometimes. They are a small company and only been around for 5 years but I felt they have the experience and will grow quickly.

Professional, respectful and never condescending. Although I created some serious difficulties for them with my amateur wiring projects, they did a great job fixing everything bringing me up to code and stayed on budget. Very customer service orientated from the owner all the way through to the electricians and office management. Highly recommend.

These people were absolutely amazing! I was really hesitant to hire someone off this site again after my last experience, but the folks at Santor are simply beyond amazing!! From Ruth, in the office to the phone call I got to let me know they were running late the day of the install, to the two absolutely awesome young men who did the work, I couldn't be happier. That job was a whole lot more difficult than I think any of us imagined, but those two were simply stellar. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again. Top-notch! Thank you Santor Electrical - you all absolutely made my day yesterday!
