Susan and her helper were great. They arrived on time and did a great job. We had a small fire in our kitchen and Susan went above and beyond cleaning up all the soot. She did an amazing job. We hired her to come every 3 weeks, which most house cleaners don't like to do. Very, very satisfied.

Was having surgery so I needed to hire help to clean. Susan was professional, yet friendly & down to earth. The quality of her work far exceeded my expectations. She went above & beyond, a labored deep cleaning. Oh how I appreciate her. Knowing, due to my surgery, I could not drive, or do much for that matter, she called before coming to see if I needed anything at the store. Thoughtful and considerate. She is a prime example of what qualifies as good work ethics. Highly recommend her to anyone considering hiring a house cleaner.

When Susan cleaned the house, the work was fine. You had to provide all the cleaning supplies. Susan went out on maternity leave and the person she had working for her was terrible. I have a very small house, 4 rooms, and one room wasn't cleaned at all, rugs weren't vacuumed, dusting wasn't done, floorboards were not cleaned and the floors were not washed. When I complained, I was told that the other clients had not complained. She offered to send her husband over and pointed out that she had paid her worker so she still wanted to get paid. I no longer use this company as I can't trust that the work will get done properly.

My house was filthy beyond words! When Susan and Betrice left, my bathrooms sparkled, my floors shined and my windows squeaked. Yes they did windows, they dusted walls, they scrubed the kitchen cabinets. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

This company did not do a very good job on my house. I understand that it needed alot of cleaning, but I am talking mostly vacuming and dusting because I just dont have the time to get to all that since I work 3 jobs. I paid them 130.00 to do my living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. They were supposed to do a thorough cleaning, well they didnt even dust basic things. They walked around my house talking in another language clearly talking about me and my house. They had the nerve to ask me why I had cats, like I ask them to feed them and do the cat littler. I spent my whole day sunday cleaning what they didnt do. I will never recomm

"I'm sorry to be reading this review. First, you decided to go ahead with the most basic cleaning available. Your package didn't offer cleaning behind or under furniture, as well as vertical surfaces. And to our defense, we went further as to clean cat vomit and feces that we found throughout the home. We were in your home for a total of five hours, divided in two people. I did ask about the cats in a friendly and unjudgemental way, and we were not talking about you. My helper is from Brazil and speaks Portuguese much more fluent than English. I'm sorry about this experience and hope everything turns out well in the end for you."
