FOLLOWUP: I gave santos construction $20,000 for vinyl siding and a deck. We had a problem with a wall leaking when it rained. The leak we were told they would fix, as this was our focus. When we had a hard rain i noticed the wall was wet, after they completed the job. I phoned marvin santos who is the owner and he hung up on me! Thinking this was a mistake i phoned him directly back and no answer. I highly recommend not using this company, as they do shoddy work, and certainly have no work ethics.
