I was ready to give up on my wooden shadowbox fence, installed in 2010, after several companies discouraged repair or quoted exorbitant prices. Then I found Pedro Mendez of Mendez Construction Company. He was professional, knowledgeable, positive about restoring the fence, and affordable. In less than a day, Pedro and his team repaired the fence, and they are not yet finished. Although they have extended the fence and replaced damaged boards, they have not yet pressure-washed and sealed the entire structure. That’s scheduled. Yet, they have already transformed it from rundown to beautifully restored. Pedro said it could last another 10 years. I’m extremely pleased with the quality and value of their work and highly recommend Mendez Construction Company to anyone considering fence restoration instead of replacement.

Outstanding work in every way

The quality of the work was top notch.

I needed to get my backyard enclosed with 1/4" mesh wire around the bottom of the entire fence. The goal was to close the gaps at the bottom and in between my wooden fence to prevent critters from crawling in, especially snakes. Pedro assessed the situation and agreed that this type of wire would work, but most importantly, he understood the proper way to install the wire to include making sure enough wire was dug into the ground. He started the work the next day at 8am and went right to work. He is professional, polite and showed genuine concern about getting my project done to my expectations correctly. It was done perfectly! Price was worth it. I will use his company again for sure and I suggest you call him to see if he can help you on your next project.

Nice guy santo is the best in the deck
