Santos Creativity did an Amazing job on our staircase! They responded quickly when I contacted them for an estimate. Juan came out and went over design options with us. We had half walls torn down, new railing and spindles installed. They completed the job sooner than expected and we couldnt be happier with the result! We would definitely recommend and use them again.

After reaching out via HomeAdvisor, Juan contacted me almost immediately and was able to schedule my staircase post repair quickly. My dog had chewed molding on the post. Juan constructed and installed new molding that matches perfectly. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair and the efficiency with which it was completed. Highly recommend.

They were very prompt and professional. Some of the workmanship could have been better. What was quoted to be a two day job turned out to be a one day job. This made us feel like we overpaid, however, i would hire them again.

Santos Creativity did an excellent job on our staircase! They were prompt in their reply when I contacted them for an estimate. Juan came out and talked through our design options and gave us a quote immediately. We had a half wall torn down and new spindles installed and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the result! They asked questions along the way to ensure everything was to our liking and had the job finished in one [long] day. Great value and you get exactly what you pay for!

Really happy with the work! Very consciences and punctual. Made a point to contact me at every turn of the job. Very particular which I liked. I had half a wrought bannister that they finished and great precision to match the old exactly with the brand new. Wood cuts, stain etc. were all perfect.
