Santos Creativity Staircase did an amazing job of replacing our staircase. They were fast, clean, professional, and courteous. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have been remodeling our house over the last few months and they are by far the best contractors we have hired.

Juan Santos and his brothers did and excellent job on our staircase. We did a staircase upgrade which replaced the carpeted stairs with red oak stairs, red oak handrails and metal balusters. They originally planned on four days to complete the job, but we let them work as long as they wanted too, so it too two very long days to complete. Juan and his brothers are highly organized, concerned and detailed about the quality of their work. The bid was a little higher than other bids, but their design made the staircase look exceptional and the quality of their work was exceptional. I would recommend Santos Creativity Staircase Co. to anyone who wants to upgrade their staircase. They will do an exceptional job for you.

The two guys doing the work did a fairly decent job. I thought the quote was a little high and I was a little hesitate about the amount of the requested deposit. Juan, the young man that comes out for the estimate needs some customer service training. Make sure you get everything in writing, a couple of my walls were damaged and at first he did not want to fix them claiming they do not do sheetrock, but eventually he agreed to have someone come out and do the repairs.

We regret this from a client of ours, but it is normal when walls are cut, that details remain in the demolition process, in each contract it is stated that it does not include drywall repairs, if the owner is not being charged for repairing The drywall, but even so, the company responded for a job not added in the contract, we are sure that we have done a good job, and regarding the down payment that the company asks for, it is necessary, before starting the work, if the client Do not agree, the client has the option of not proceeding with the contract, all companies have different policies, sincerely Santos.

Polite and professional; Had them install wood stairs that were somewhat difficult to get the right color and Santos did a great job in creating the color requested.
