Tony & Roy are amazing. They were very easy to work with. The amount they charged for the two jobs was the most reasonable of the three quotes we received. When they came they completed all the work and didn't drag it out over days. You couldn't do better than Santos Glass

I had what I thought should be a simple and straightforward glass replacement after a hailstorm cracked the overhead slanted double pane on my cantilevered planter window box. 4 glass companies explained to me why it was too dangerous to even attempt to replace the glass and that the only option was to spend over $2,000.00 to replace the entire window box. Jet glass sent an estimator who came to my house, spent 10 minutes measuring and sent me an estimate of $189.00 two days later. Within two weeks 2 guys from Jet Glass came by and installed a custom double pane window to replace the old one in less than 20 minutes. Perfect!

This company is defunct. They had replaced windows for us in the past so based on that great experience, we hired them again for a smaller project. They came to take measurements and charged a 50% deposit. Didn't hear from them for weeks so followed up and was told parts needed were on back order. Waited a few more weeks, still on back order. A few days later, the office called and set an appointment weeks in the future. Didn't receive a confirmation call the night before the appointment. No one showed up during the appointment time. Called the office and every extension went right to voicemail. Called all the cell phone numbers on the website, straight to voicemail. Sent emails, no return. Stopped by the office and watched a man wait outside for a moment to be let in. Knocked on the door minutes later, no answer (the man was still inside as his truck was still parked outside.) The office phone number is now disconnected. They stole my 50% deposit with no explanation.

Can the word "amazing" be used to describe a glass service? The Jet Glass guys fixed my window quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and professional and the price was right. I would recommend Jet Glass in a heartbeat.

Using a local business with local ties is always good for the economy. They are very responsive and provide exactly what you need. We found out they do more than just windows. They are very unassuming and easy to deal with.

Fast courteous service for both the estimate and actual installation. Their estimate was 40% less the other company that was recommended! Lou the installer was great! I would use this company again.

We received 3 quotes from different companies and Jet Glass was the best price. The installers were about an hour late but it was not an issue for us. They did a fantastic job.

Once we got the timing arranged, the only hiccup was that the installer accidently broke one of the glass panes being replaced, but they came back the next week to fix it. I would definitely recommend them...good communication and follow-up.

Not only was the glass beautiful, but the two people that installed my window went above and beyond to help me make my dining room view to the back yard extra nice. It was a birthday gift to myself and I was having a party that weekend. They rushed the glass order and came by as soon as they could. They were delightful. I even invited them to my party, as I was so impressed with the service call. Awesome price, too. They were quite a bit less expensive than other companies were charging. I would recommend this company in a New York minute.

My customer service level is a little low because I had a broken window come about after a hail storm and it took them two weeks after my scheduled date to get them out because they were backed up. I'd wish for more urgency, but at least it's completed now.
