Santos, the owner of the company proved to be very trustworthy. After hiring him, I gave him half of the cost upfront (which is common in the industry). He did everything he said he was going to do. His workmanship was outstanding, as well as his customer service. He was always very respectful and kept me abreast of what he was doing. Even though having a fence replaced is expensive, I gave him a little extra because I liked him and he did such a great job and worked very hard. I would definitely hire him again!

He seemed enthusiastic when giving the estimate but has never come on the promised day. This week was told wednesday, then got a text on wednesday that it would be thursday, and now it's friday and still not done and he won't respond to texts. Work quality and value are average but reliability is poor.

Thought the price was a little high just to dig up two pampas plants. But they were quick and efficient. Any while they waited for me to return home to pay them. they edged my grass along the drive and sidewalk and left me a sample of root stimulator for my ailing shrubs. Overall, excellent customer service.

Very hard worker. My back yard was a real mess...a swampy mess due to all the rain that would not allow the ground to dry out. Mr. Santos was prompt and my yard has not looked this good in years. In the future, I'll be having him do some tree trimming and we've discussed some landscaping plans. I'm extremely pleased with his work.
