I had my roof and insulation replaced on 10/26 and 27/2022. Everything seemed fine until after about 3 weeks it started making strange noises, which came from the squirrels targeting my roof. It took me a while to figure out where they were coming from. It turned out that the repair of the roof left an opening along the entire valley of the roof bordering the neighbors. On 10/15/2022 I called them accordingly, but no one picked up the phone. I texted them, they replied that they have sent someone to check. Today is 10/24 no response from them. I am very disappointed, I have had no problem with the roof for 17 years I wanted to renew it before it started leaking. The promised 10-year warranty does not work for them. In an attempt to get rid of the squirrels, I saw that they did not do their job properly with the insulation either. Our arrangement was for them to remove and clean all of the old insulation and put in new. Yes, they put a new one, but on top of the old one
