Santiago and his beautiful wife came to paint the inside of all our closets. Our closets had that builder white that is easy to scuff and scratch. They both did a wonderful job and it looks great. Very friendly, took one day, and left no mess. Good communication and excellent work. My husband and I will definitely call him for future projects. Thank you.

Santiago installed 3 ceiling fans . He did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was efficient and reliable. Answered any questions I had, and even resolved a defect in a new fan that appeared during the installation.

He was nice and friendly , hired him to install my sidings, the project went well till some issues raised with the sidings, after communicating with him, he took steps to address the issue. Thank you .

We first hired Santiago over a year ago to replace some stairs outside and do quite a bit of deck work. First let me say he was kind, courteous and explained everything needed to do the job properly. His price was very fair. His workmanship was incredible. The stairs and deck are solid. He is very professional and wonderful to work with. Because of that we called him again when we had some plumbing and drywall issues at our home. So thankful he was still taking jobs in the midst of this pandemic. Again his work is meticulous, wonderful and the price was very good. So happy we found this company. We will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

Santiago and Luz were hired to install 2 ceiling fans. They also looked at a few other projects to price that I would like them to do in the future. I liked them both so much, I felt comfortable with them, they seemed knowledgeable and seemed to really know what they were talking about. Incredible service, careful, and top-quality work! I’m surprised there’s such good professionals available for the price. We have trying to find a reliable handyman for repairs in our home and Santiago was quick, professional, early, and ahead of schedule, at a very reasonable price. I will be using this company for everything I can. He came to paint four rooms and repair some lighting, and we were so happy with the job we hired him on the spot for more complicated tasks with our carpeting, tile, and even woodwork. I would vouch for Santiago in anything handyman/repair/build related, and I am still hiring him for more projects currently.

Good service and work.

Santiago and his team did a great job on a siding repair/replacement job at my home. They also painted the entire exterior, repaired a patio structure, built some new structural posts and pressure washed the property. Their pricing was more than fair and the work was consistent. They were always on time and worked until sunset daily. I even changed the house color midway through the paint job and they didn’t have any issues. I will be hiring them again in the near future for more projects.

Santiago and his crew were very good & professional. The quality of work and the attention to detail was 5 Star all the way. The price was very fair and my wife and I paid a little extra because the work was done so well and in a very timely fashion. So happy to find good, honest hard working people.
