I had the pleasure to hire Kevin and his crew to add a dry-well and redo all my stone veneer, patio, steps, driveway with all new landscaping/sod.  Kevin corrected multiple issues with the soil grade of the house, improper-unsafe step installation, and improper stone veneer installation. Sanvin didn't have to fix it but did so because it was the right thing to do that would provided me with best and appropriate installation that will last years. They treated the work, my house, and neighbors as their own. Always cleaning up after each day and ensuring it was the way it was when they got there throughout the multiple phases. Reached out to Kevin and he promptly replied and setup an appointment. Kevin and his team replaced an old failing dry well by basement door and installed a new 6 by 6 by 8 foot dry well to move excess water from pooling on my lawn and seeping into a utility room.. He and his team of 5 men arrived promptly at 8 am with a caravan of heavy duty equipment and trucks. The job was completed promptly in one day. Kevin promised to come back to remove wood cement frames and kept his word. Honest trust worthy contractors are not so easy to find. I do not hesitate to recommend.

Hired them to install a drywell for a new paver patio. Town required a drywell. Worked great with Kevin from start to finish. Completed everything in one day. Nice job.

Kevin is awesome! I heard so many horror stories of people starting jobs like this but taking weeks to complete. Kevin promised that the job would be completed in 3 days and it was! They did an amazing job and kevin’s Suggestions of color choices was perfect. Great experience !
