    Accomplished the task just as asked. Was really great on informing you on everything that he's doing and the reason why, which is very comforting considering the mold issue he was dealing with. I felt very safe and reassured after he left that I had called the right person.

    Prompt, courteous and professional service. Dependable. Arrived at exactly the scheduled time. Thoroughly assessed situation and provided a detailed quote. Work plan was easily understood. Felt like it was a plan we designed together as a team. An air quality test was performed; a swabbed sample was sent off for evaluation and I knew the anticipated date of results. Kept me well-informed. Provided the formal lab report. Afterwards, we discussed next steps for treatment. I would highly recommend.
