Very impressed. Did the job in a very timely way - Troy encountered some bad wiring from previous electricians and refused to do the work on the outlet unless it was redone right. He was willing to just not charge me for those outlets despite spending a lot of time figuring out what was wrong. When I decided to have him redo it the right way, he gave me a discount on doing it right. In general, high quality of work and reasonable price too.

Sapphire Electric is an outstanding small company. TroyTucker was able to evaluate several different problems immediately. I have a 20 year old pond that had seen better days regarding the outside electrical components. I needed to up grade several outside and inside outlets à  nd have a lot of other electrical brought up to code. Troy worked quickly around the problems of keeping some electrical working so my koi would have diffusers working at all times for oxygen. He deserves a 10 but that isn’t an option. Troy made sure we were satisfied with the chandelier height and changed the length a few times while standing on a latter off wood planks since our ceiling was high. We would recommend his work again and again

Troy explained and answered all my questions before doing the work. He installed new 20 amp 120 volt receptacle so i could have a micro wave installed over my stove. He removed the hood unit also. Installed 20amp dual function breaker,...He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend him.

Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Troy arrived on time to replace our broken doorbell. He installed the perfect new doorbell switch within minutes and I'm very pleased with it. He was respectful and followed COVID safety measures. I plan to have him do some other electrical jobs as well.

Called and Troy came the next morning with the owner. He gave excellent advice and we agreed to Change 5 double tube fluorescent lights into LED tube lights. Finished in a very short time and very tidy. Ask for Troy.
