Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he is a true expert at his job and loves what he does. He was very helpful in explaining everything to me as i am a first time pool owner. His checklists and advice were very informative and personal touch of follow up and communication with scheduling and feedback was excellent. it's not everyday you get a true professional but I would recommend this company to anyone. top notch quality, reliable, professional, and attention to detail.

Jerry was amazing! He showed up and went straight to work preparing our brand new beautiful pool for cleaning and maintenance. Then he took his time and taught us everything to know and more about our pool. He explained everything in the simplest terms, since this is our first pool and we knew absolutely nothing! Haha
He was professional, personal and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Jerry for any job that requires “pool school” !

I met with Jerry who gave me the pool school and training I needed to maintain my pool. I went into the meeting thinking it was going to be daunting but he made everything a piece of cake. Pretty much 90 percent of everything can be done on an easy app on your phone. There?s great employees who are good at what they do and there are employees who actually really love what they do. Jerry is both. You could tell he really cared about his clients and made sure to know I could easily call him if any trouble arises. With 20 years + in the business the guys an encyclopedia of pool knowledge.

Jerry is well versed in all things pool. He completed the startup of my new pool and taught me a ton in a very short time. I now understand how all of the equipment operates, know how to do maintenance at various intervals, have a new found knowledge of pool chemistry and understand the difference between a clean pool and a clear one. He is definitely an expert in his field and maintains that Pool School is an ongoing effort, not a one night stand. He is always available for my questions, and I appreciate his honesty and patience.

One of the best companies I’ve ever worked with Sapphire Pools is amazing. Jerry came in, worked with us through Pool school and made sure that we understood every aspect of our pool. He followed up with us daily. It was like having a new friend that has extensive knowledge of a pool readily available. When you have a new pool and have to care for it it’s sometimes can be overwhelming. I did not feel that way with Sapphire Pools Jerry or Blue Haven! I had a pool built and completed about a week ago. This would be my first pool to care for and maintain. I did not know any about pool chemistry or equipment maintenance. Thankfully Jerry was assigned to put me through pool school. He went over to very piece of equipment with me , broke it and showed me exactly what to do. He even wrote it down for me which i appreciate. Going through that definitely made me more comfortable. He also went over chemistry and got me started with the initial game plan on how to bring the water into the right specs. Definitely super happy with my experience.

Swimming Pool Heaters Installation and Replacement
Very unprofessional doesn?t respond He came and fix our pool heater charge us a high price and didn?t even got it to work. Have been trying to get a hold of him for over a month

"Mr D**z , you chosen to share a fabricated version what actually took place - honesty is important. We charged the D**z family a normal labor rate in comparison to any other company , to successfully repair a leak at his heater - I have before and after video of the repair. As is customary with any Backyard we step into - This customer had a new unrelated issue that I was unable to respond to in a timely fashion, but was upfront about this and did not schedule with him ."
