Daniel was really good. He was thorough, knowledgeable and left the work area very clean. He gave us a quote for the work that needed to be done and discussed the merits of spending that much on an older machine. We decided not to do the repair, but will definitely call this company for any future appliance repairs.

The price was high, but not the repair company's fault. Probably the appliance maker's pricing game, i.e., h e machine being computer dependent. Knowledgeable regarding this particular problem, quickly fixed.

They preformed this repair in a very timely fashion even with having to go to ABQ for a part it was still done in a timely fashion.

When I called the service, I clearly explained the problem and that I thought maybe the dryer vent was blocked. They scheduled me with a repair man who said my problem was a blocked vent and what I described was very common. Then he charged me 80.00 for nothing and said i would have to schedule the vent cleaning team to come back and clean the vent for another $130.00! I bought a vent cleaning kit from Amazon and did it myself for 30.00. I would have gladly paid to have the vent cleaned the first time, but I felt taken because the scheduler should have recognized such a common problem and sent the correct team to begin with. There's no excuse for this lack of customer service.

Repair "Lady" was very efficient, personable, knowledgeable and pleasant. She know her stuff and , within an hour had our electric range and cooktop working like new.

We had our gas stove looked at for some repairs and maintenance. The tech was very helpful in offering choices and the price was very reasonable. This is a trustworthy company and we would definitely recommend them to others.
