Broken spring discovered on a Wednesday. I went online to home advisor and received several leads. Saranac and another company offered on line chats for questions. I chose Saranac based on the fact they worked around my schedule. My tech, Al, contacted me Wednesday evening and again shortly before his arrival. He was prompt, professional, and completed replacing two springs in just under 45 minutes. He offered suggestions on prolonging the life of my springs also.

He was very professional and very quick to respond. He is also very flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

Al responded to our request for an estimate immediately. We set up appointment for an estimate and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Just an honest estimate that fit our budget and our needs. Al was completely up front honest and very easy to talk with. Our garage door was completely replaced with new tracking as well in under 3 hours. We would give them more stars if we could and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone. Al was the first one I contacted about our broken garage door. Within minutes he called me and we set an appointment for within an hour. Al came out and accessed the situation. Our garage door opener was pretty old, so we opted for a new one. It surprised us when he said he could install it right away. This was a Friday night around 6.30. He said it would take about 1 1/2 hours to install. He is very nice and professional and gave us a great deal. We are enjoying the new garage door opener and the new key pad, which is our first one. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Saranac Home Services. Al was incredibly quick to contact me after I had inquired online, and he was out that same night to give us a quote to replace our 2 garage doors. Our doors were ordered the next day, and Al installed them the day they were ready to be picked up (2 weeks after ordering since we chose more custom doors). We had also inquired with a big box store, and Saranac was able to provide higher quality, more attractive doors for a lower price! We will definitely be using Saranac in the future for all of our garage door needs.
