The tech that came out was Samuel. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised me on many things regarding the service and chemicals for the hot tub. if and when I have to have service on my Spa again. I would definitely be asking for him. I would recommend him to anyone for service.

When the heating element in my hot tub died I called one company for hello. They said they were too busy. I called Saratoga Pool and Spa, and while they were busy opening pools in the area, they still took the time to help me. Service was great... The price was fair.
