This job was stuccoing my back wall that was damaged because the gutter was compromised and water had eroded my stucco. Sardar came in on time, with a professional team that did all the repairs to the back wall, fixed the gutter drain, stuccoed the chimneys that needed it, redid the flashing around the skylights, and waterproofed the roof. They were fabulous, quick, clean, professional, and reasonably priced. I am so thankful I found them. I have other jobs I will have them come back to do when I am ready. Great craftsmanship and customer service.

Muhammad and his crew are very professional and fast. Brick pointing is a messy job with a lot of cement dust being generated and his crew did a much better than others we worked with in keeping the job site clean, picking up the garbage regularly and cleaning. We did an acid wash of the whole house with brick pointing in Scarsdale. The finishing of the pointing is very high quality and even though I had hoped for a lighter color (mixing more lime with the Portland cement) I am still very happy with how it came out. Every concern I had was addressed immediately by Muhammad. Will certainly use Muhammad and his group again.

Muhammad and his crew were amazing. Hard working people who focus on the job and know what they are doing. They put on a new roof, stuccoed two basement walls, regrouted and sealed stone on our back stairs plus various odd and ends of painting and patching in three days. It was high quality workmanship and the price was sweet. Poof done. So happy.

Mohammed and his team are excellent! The work done is wonderful, the scheduling was beyond accommodating and flexible, and their commitment to our satisfaction was apparent every step of the way. From the estimate to the end, Mohammed checked in with us to guarantee that the job met our expectations. He showed current job site photographs, sample contracts, and exemplar reviews. We were highly impressed by his professionalism. The job was completed in one day, all mess was cleaned up, and he personally visited three times. We are most definitely going to hire him again for a future project. Even our neighbors were impressed and asked for his information!

Customer is always right; take time to listen to what the customer needs and how it can get accomplished. There was NO consistency. Just a big disappointment. When you call yourself a professional I expect professional work to be done. I am so disappointed. Do not know how to express it anymore. There should be some sort of legal action for poor workmanship. I guess that is too much to ask if you want quality work done. But over 30 grand is a lot to me and did not look the way I wanted.

Muhammad and his foreman Louis were very professional and a pleasure doing business with. He was able to work within my budget and schedule and keep me updated on progress throughout the renovation. They are fair, diligent, resourceful, do high quality work, and left the place sparkling clean. I would highly recommend for any exterior or interior residential renovation work.
