James was quick to get started and get a new furnace installed. Very friendly and answered all our questions. Stayed late to finish the job in one day.

James showed up on time for the original estimate, and on time for the installation. He went over everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend. His overall job was excellent.

Excellent customer service, came the same day I contacted them and fixed the furnace. Would definately use them again and would recomend them to others!

James came to my rescue at 11pm when the furnace stopped working and the temps were subzero. He couldn't fix the problem that night but rigged space heaters and drafts to prevent pipes from bursting. He came back promptly the next day and fixed the issue-- he thought ahead to what he might need in the event of the worst case scenario (which it was) and had all the parts there. He showed me everything that was broken and walked me through the repair--i really appreciated the level of transparency with his approach. He suggested what to look for in future preventive maintenance visits to prevent the issue from recurring. He charged a very fair price too. Very nice and friendly guy who didn't mind my boisterous dogs running around. I would definitely call him again--highly recommend

James came by after hours to assess what I needed and was not put off by my antiquated Amana System. He didn't try to sell me a new system just because mine was old. My unit needed cleaning up and relocation as it was in the way of my new deck extension.
