Responded to my need very quickly and were very efficient. He did not press me to expand the job unnecessarily. I am very happy with the result and my neighbor has hired this firm to work on his house at my recommendation.

Ty was a pro from day one. He carefully analyzed the entire situation and formulated a solution almost as quickly as he was explaining his end goal. Not only was his answer the best I had been proposed for a new water line, it was actually only slightly higher than just getting the new line to the house, period. Ty also allowed for bypassing any old iron piping, giving me a path directly inside the house. Although I eventually opted for a new sewer line as well, the additional cost involved was well worth it! I highly recommend Ty’s services to anyone needing plumbing work.

Ty Sarkinen was absolutely wonderful; courteous, talented at his craft, thorough, and neat/clean. I have not had a better experience with any contractor in many, many years. What he charged for the work was extremely reasonable. He was on time, did the work with an upbeat attitude, and I totally appreciated all he did and said. Sarkinen is GREAT!

Tod came over, I thought he would just give me an estimate and a date to do the actual work. He was great ACTUALLY did the work today, stayed until he finished. Very impressed with him will recommend him and will DEFINITELY call him for any future jobs I may have!!

Guys did a great job repairing our leaking toilet and repairing our shower knob. We do still have a shower that screams at you when you take a shower, and he did switch our shower heads out but that didn't help. Was on time and exceptionally nice!

They were on time to the appointment. They were the first company to call me and the first company to come out for the estimate. The professionals came the very next day. Sarkinen also had the best bid on the work.
