Fast and efficient service. Lynn Sartin goes beyond expectations to please. He, along with helper, picked up baled pine straw from dealer and distributed it in beds, pruned shrubbery and power washed brick. The work was done for price agreed upon in advance. We wouldnâ t hesitate to use his services again.

Sartin was reliable, fast, professional and a great value. He was great with communication as well. He was also flexible with time.

Sartin's Outdoor Services has been working with me since 2017. My first expectation is trustworthiness. Lynn is what I consider family trustworthy. Josh is as well. During the spring/summer months Lynn was hired to work his magic on our desperately needed power washing of home walkway, lawn garden, and general porch/garage maintenance. My husband who was reluctant to come to terms with passing the torch so to speak was very happy with Lynn's work. I became widowed recently and hired Lynn to perform some inside work during the winter months. Lynn completed those specific jobs with the same professionalism. I have a rather large yard, part heavily wooded and a lake. He has made my yard, house and surrounding areas pristine looking. In fact, I had a recent appraisal of my home with a 35% increase in value. I can attribute part of that increase to Lynn exceptional work. He is an excellent communicator, promptly responds, welcomes input and review to make sure my expectations have been met. He has even been accommodating to discuss my interest in alternative organic based maintenance traditional chemical applications when addressing tree stumps, insects, spiders, snakes, ticks, ant mounds with consideration of my interests and my beloved dog. I would suggest to Lynn he could ask for a retainer but I m glad his main concern is making his customer(s) satisfied, fair pricing and naturally a happy customer is a customer for life. That would be me.

Mr. Sartin was very polite, courteous, honest. He came out to my home, gave me a price on Fall Yard Clean Up, we agreed on it, and he is doing the work. I even hired him to manage my yard for 2019 because "he can do it all", and very dependable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good man who does quality work, dependable, and gives a fair price.

Mr Sartin was very prompt to reply and very prompt with his service as well. He did exactly what I had asked him to do and did a good job. I will be calling on him again soon
