Antenna Installation and Replacement
mounted an antenna on roof for over the air tv. I asked the installer if he knew which way to point it and if he thought it was big enough -- he said it wasn't necessary to point it in any particular direction. Needless to say, the reception is awful -- constantly cutting out. Called twice, said he was going to send me some replacement amplifier and have never received it. I should need an amplifier I am only 10 miles from Philly. Waste of money.

Antenna Installation and Replacement
My worst experience ever with a service provider. A service technician arrived at our home to take down our 35 year old TV antenna and replace it with a modern digital antenna. The reception was significantly degraded - a big disappointment. The technician promised further attention to improve it - an amplifier or, perhaps a different antenna or perhaps a rotor. I made the mistake of paying the full bill.. This was on August 29, 2012. It's now Sept 24th and my frequent calls to "Mark" at Sat-Com have been met with promises to help but no action until today when i was switched to his voice mail box which is full. $425 for worse receptio

Antenna Installation and Replacement
the installation started over an hour late due to truck problems, the installer did not have all the cables needed, so i had to go to the store and spend over 80.00, when he left i had wires hanging down from the tv to the cable boxes as he did not have the molding either, he also did not have the bracket to hang the second tv, the antenna did not receive the channels i asked for (i was told that i just had to wait and the channels would find the antenna. i called and spoke to mark who said the guy should have had the stuff and he would order another antenna. mark hung up on me when i said i needed an answer.

On time, had all of the needed parts on hand, pleasant fellow. The price paid was the price estimated. Simple job, but sometimes it hard to get someone to come out and do the simple little things. I most definitely would recommend again.

Knowledgable, showed up very late but told me before hand I agreed to it. and I told him he could could come the next day but he knew my service was out and he came and did the work anyway . He went beyond the normal rountine and installed a line that he did not know I wanted because I did not convey that to the company before hand.

Sat-Com bent over backwards to make me a happy customer, before, during, and after the installation. My indoor antenna was receiving 41 stations on a good day; I now receive 66! If you're getting a price quote to have them install an over-the-air antenna, let them know if there's an existing antenna that will need to be removed, or old coaxial cable(s) that will need to be replaced, to make sure you get an accurate quote.

A bit slow to follow up. Missed the first date to do the work. Changed the original quote upwards after we agreed on a price. But in the end the job was done to our satisfaction and the contractor was very pleasant.
