"Amazing 2 negative reviews from the same person. Seems like someone is out to destroy our reputation. It is my fault for lack of communication. We had countless issues this spring. Showed up on scheduled week discussed with client and job had appeared to be done. As I pride myself in most 5 star reviews. I'd be willing to try and satisfy you and change your mind with us. Poor customer service but If you can get them, great work and great rates. Dont expect responses, call backs, or any idea when they will show up.

Another "Home Advisor" Lawn Care Associate made an appointment to mow our lawn. He cancelled an hour before our appointment. I called Home Advisor for help and within 3 minutes he transferred my call to John Satalino. John and his brother scheduled a time to come mow and to clean up our yard for the next day. I am so happy to have met and hired Satalino for weekly mowing and shrub trimming and lawn seeding and treatment. The two of them mowed the yard and did a thorough clean up. Our yard looked like a golf course! They did all of this in the rain and cleaned up every bit of cut grass. They are hard-working, professional, and very reasonably priced. I am ecstatic. We have hired them to also plow our snow this winter. Thanks Home Advisor!!
