"I got a call from a physician that allowed me to schedule a procedure that was previously unavailable because of COVID-19. I talked to the customer a number of times and unfortunately there was a miscommunication. I called the customer and left estimates on his voicemail and never received a response from him on whether or not he was willing to except the pricing that I quoted. So I was unwilling to go out to the job without having a cost understanding with him."
