I really appreciated working with Doug at Satisfaction Home Inspections for inspection of a condo unit we are purchasing in Clearwater FL. He was straight with us about what he found, very clear on how big of an issue things were and what we might need to do about them. The full report he provided later the same day was very thorough with clear descriptions and photos of issues found as well as clear & actionable recommendations for either further investigation or repairs. On a personal level, Doug appeared and behaved very professionally and was very personable & courteous. I had a very tight timeline to try and close by the end of the month. Doug came out right away and performed the inspection. He did a great job was courteous and produced the reports I needed in a timely manner so I would know exactly what I was buying and what required repair work on a tight schedule. He was quite efficient and invited me to the inspection appointment so he could show me any issues that might need to be addressed. He found a light switch that I might not have figured out for months! I would highly recommend him to do your inspection.
