Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

Satow's Residential Contracting started off very nicely, but didn't follow through on the completion of our project. Things went downhill, quality level, as soon as I gave them a good service magic review (at their request). While they did some very nice framing work and major construction, finishing details and repairs of inadquate work seemed much more difficult. The new roof they put on had some leaks and we have now given up on getting them to come back and repair the damage the leaking caused. They DID come back and fix the leak, but cracks in the new drywall are still there and they are not returning phone calls or e-mails.
