Shawn responded quickly to a request for an estimate for replacement of a broken garage door spring. He arrived earlier than the window of 1 - 3 p.m. He had the work done in less than an hour. My husband and I are extremely pleased with his work. He adjusted the door in such a way that we don't expect to need any further work in the future but if we do, he will be the first person we call. The price was well below our expectations for the repair. He exceeded our expectations.

He could have stayed around a little longer for the money to help with putting on rollers and straightening out the dent on the door.

"I sincerely apologize if you were not happy with my service. I charged you a basic service call ($139 -10% for home adviser is $125) to put your door back on track(it was hanging by a few rollers) I did add long stem rollers to the bottom at no charge even though I did try to install new rollers on the whole door for a small fee. I oiled the whole door and adjusted your opener and your springs. We did talk about the dent and in my experience banging on the metal door with a hammer and a block of wood most of the time makes things worse. Again i do apologize if you were not happy if you do choose to call me again I will do my best to make you a satisfied customer Shawn"
