I was impressed with how quickly Jon came to give us an estimate. We had a little mixup here with the snow removal but hopefully next time will be different. The earlier our snow is removed the better to avoid icey freezeovers. We're sure things will work out. Jon seems very willing to please the customer and we appreciate that.
