I gave them only 4/5 for value for money, but it's probably not their fault. I think just my own sticker shock from this bad news price inflation.

Crew came in (5 men). Maintained total control on site work. Crew was very courteous and professional. Work was completed with main trimmer even asking if the trimming looked good (he dropped an extra limb for free). In all, a maple was felled and the stump was ground (very close to house but no damage to any structure, etc.). Two other conifers trimmed to my specifications. Crew did a great job of cleaning up and provided excellent service.

Clearly explained what they would do, how they would protect my home, and how they would clean up. They came on the scheduled day and did exactly as agreed. They cost less than most others, and their crew worked hard and fast. They all took care to assure us that they respect our property. When a door got scratched by a falling branch, they offered to have a contractor come out and repair it, but we will do that ourselves.

Stu responded within 24 hours to my initial request and gave an onsite estimate within the week. Job done the following week. Stu and Megan are Shoreline locals, which I prefer. Our investment in our community was aligned. The lead arborist who did the job WA alsopersonable, vey efficient and new his job. His team made sure they were considerate to our neighbours and they left the area clean and tidy. I will definitely call on them again.

I felt taken advantage of... I was advised after we came to an agreement of cost when they could come out... I never signed a contract ... Was told when they could come... I did not confirm... I e-mailed early evening before and said we decided not to have them do the work... They showed up and did work... I did not know until that evening when i got a bill via e-mail advising me that I needed to call or text to cancel and they needed a 72 hr notice... I would have totally understood that IF I had signed a contract with them... As far as the work shrubs were removed but left unnecessary leaves... They should have raked up area

"This was an unfortunate miscommunication- This person had requested we give her a discounted rate, which we did, and confirmed her appointment 9 days prior to the service date via email. Then the evening before the service date after normal working hours she cancelled the appointment. We had in the past been willing to accept customer email confirmation of contract terms including the 72 hour cancellation policy but from this experience we will no longer do so. We have this clause in place so that our employees can have a regular work schedule and support their families. If we allowed last minute cancellation we would not be able to provide regular work to our employees, which is an important value for our small locally owned company."

This is the fourth company I've hired to prune our trees. They are the best for timeliness, quality and value. They did some extra work for free! Megan does a great complementary job in the office. This is a well run family business that I whole-heartedly support.

These guys are about the best value for the money that I've found. Not only did they remove two trees and grind stumps for the price of one that I was quoted most everywhere else, but for a bit extra, they ground down the other stumps I had, too. Great people and great service!

Very friendly, accomodating. Initially felt that this was going to go well. Yet after repeated attempts to show and explain to the crew the exact level I wanted the arbor vita to be trimmed, they failed to do so at the most important, critical part of the entire tree line. Am not pleased. Am hoping it will grow back in a reasonable period of time.
