The main job we wanted them to do they did not do they said they will be back on Tuesday or Wednesday today is Friday will wait to see if they come back or not

"Thank you for the feedback. I am so sorry that you were dissatisfied with the work. We worked hard to address the issue. The main scope of the job was taking down several challenging trees, removing logs and grinding large stumps. The pruning of the tree was a small part of the job. We pruned the tree to modern arboricultural standards. It was upon the client's insistence, the whole leader be cut off. We did go back to take care of the tree to make the client happy. Even after all our efforts, we were not paid. Cannot believe had the nerve to write bad comments when we did all we agreed and more, only to be short paid. Tried to contact client and would not answer our calls. This was one of two bad experiences trying to help out the people in South Carolina after Hurricane Matthew. 98% of the people in South Carolina and Georgia were very grateful for our efforts, our awesome equipment (crane . . ) and our talented arborists."

Steve Relyea came during a rain storm to evaluate the job of removing the huge 100-year old tree, gave an initial estimate, and refined it afterward. The workers showed up on time, were diligent and pleasant, and finished in one day a job that was expected to take 2. They came afterward to patch up one or two divets left in the lawn. Professional and efficient.

They took down 4 large trees near my house. Very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. A representative was able to come to my site quickly, and made valuable suggestions about how to proceed with the job. The workers were on time, efficient and thorough. The site was cleaned up completely. Very good value for the money.

My job was started 5 days after meeting for my estimate. The workers were quick and concerned about getting everything cleaned up after the work was done. I was amazed how much they had done in a short time. The price was much lower than i expected for having so many trees taken down AND chipped!

This job was more than tree "trimming." Red Cedar removed huge trees from our property on a main road where traffic concerns had to be addressed. The yard they were dealing with also could not accommodate large equipment in the rear, so all trees removed from the backyard had to be hoisted above the house to be grounded up and taken away. The crew was very professional and worked from 7:30 a.m. until early evening with hardly a break. Michael Barker was especially helpful to me in understanding my situation as an off-site homeowner trying to protect and improve rental property. After explaining what could, should, and would be done over the phone, he emailed me a concise written estimate - complete with a diagram of the property and location of each tree to be removed or pruned. That was very helpful in making a decision from afar. They did a great job that was worth every penny spent, and cleaned up very well afterward. I would highly recommend this company to others and am already looking forward to using their services again in the future.
