I had a complete roof tear off and replacement in 2013 by Savage & Son Installations LLC. I was forced to sue them because they didn't do the work that was in our contract and the roof leaked a lot after just a few months due to their poor workmanship. I had damage inside my house and had to pay someone else to fix the roof. I was successful in my lawsuit and Savage & Son Installations was ordered by the court to pay me damages. They did not pay the court ordered damages and have since changed their name to Savage & Son Home Services, LLC, so I (and others) can't collect because they are technically a different company, even though they have the same address and phone number and still claim to have been in business for 33 years. I can not believe I was the only one they ripped off and avoided their responsibilities by simply changing their name. BEWARE, they can do this to you, too...and they do terrible work.
