I can't say enough about the service provided by Javier Medina and his crew. We discovered that there was a leak running down inside of a wall from a roof valley. We were in the process of selling our home and he made several trips out to our home to meet with inspectors and insurance adjusters. Upon other inspections, wind damage was found as well, so we did a full roof replacement. His crew was friendly and courteous and had the full roof replaced in 2 1/2 days on a very steep pitch roof for a 2100+ sq ft house. When I had a question about the process of the valley repair, Javier immediately came out from Savannah to Richmond Hill to view the work and address my question. He didn't dismiss my concern, he acknowledged my reason to have a question and walked me through the process of the valley repair and where we were in that process. He even made an additional trip out after the work was complete and paid for to address a small concern about a piece of trim. Not only did he excel in his customer service, but he provided a fair price. In the beginning he gave me a ball park price from viewing the roof from the ground but after getting actual measurements his quote was lower. His honesty, customer service and work ethic were greatly appreciated during a very stressful time of selling our home.
