I was charged $955 for equipment and services. Unfortunately I did not receive either the equipment or services.

The in wall wiring installation for my surrond sound was done very well at a reasonable price. The technician was on time and very curtious, and worked with me to satisfy my requests. However I felt it took longer than was necessary and the splicing of the wires does not look very professional.

Excellent service, they went out of there way to make sure that I was completley satisfied, I will be hiring again to install my other two tv's after the holidays!!!

I would recommend. Positives: Punctual and knowledgeable technicians, technician made sure I was satisfied with install, price was competitive and fixed. Negatives: It would appear that communication between the office that is accepting the bids and the technicians isn�t good.

Actually we hired them but our house is too big for this type of job and cable run to antenna where it would need to be would lessen signal, so we could not ahve job completed. The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful as was the salesman over the phone. They do need to look at a home and make a quote though 1st and they did show up a day early from when we had it scheduled.

I filled out a request form on the internet for tv mounting. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Wes with a quote. Their price was very competative and comes with a 1 year warrenty. And the mount was the same brand they sell at Best buy for much more! I would defintely recommend Save Customer Installations.

Lee called me back very quickly. I explained to him about the project we wanted to accomplish. Hanging a flat screen over the fireplace and he gave me the basic overview. Also needed him to move a cable outlet and electric over in another room. Once Braylon and the technician arrived they got right to it. They very good at explaining everything every step and the approach. They knocked the job out the park and looks great. Will recommend to friend for AV \ Home Theater projects!
