I chose to work in this industry because I graduated from Hamilton Technical College and found being a field technician was a great fit for me. I had previously worked on shipping docks, drove a semi over the road, worked retail, worked in food service, worked at the USPS as a casual mail handler and clerk. I also worked as a window builder and I have been a working supervisor. Being a technician was the hat that seemed to fit..

Excellent experience. Greg is exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He accurately diagnosed my clothes dryer's problem and brought the needed replacement part with him! None of this sending someone to look at the problem, order the part, wait weeks, and have a second visit. Cost was very reasonable. I will certainly use this company, if needed, again.
