Greg and Ted did wonderful work. They diagnosed the problem, secured the parts, and had my washer up and running by noon. Communication was great and they cleaned up before they left. I have used them before, and would recommend them to anyone.

Greg and Adam were simply consummate pros. Washing machine would not drain and I called in the morning and they were on scene within hours. Could not complete the work then due to what they found and came back the next day and finished the work. They found my drive belt was worn and put on a new one and put insulation on my drain hose. Excellent work, personal and professional and I would have them back in a heart beat. Oh, by the way - Misty who answers the phone is an excellent company representative.

I had a vexing problem with my dryer vent. They fixed it and gave me a recommendation for further work on my really screwed up vent system. Just great hardworking people. I would give them 10 stars if I could, Thanks for stopping my house from potentially blowing up Greg. Truly, thanks!

This guy is so honest, diligent and responsible! I'm so glad I called him just on a Google search randomly. He deserves a lot of business! I've not run into a company who has such good customer service! He fixed my dishwasher right up, stuck by time line, sends you texts when your appt is, when he's coming, when he's finished the job. Extremely thorough and detail oriented! Can't say enough about what a breathe of fresh air he is in comparison to others I've tried that I won't name (although it's hard).

Greg worked us in on what was surely a busy week for him. When he discovered the problem with our dishwasher, he could have just replaced the suspect part even though it turned out ours was functioning fine, and we would have been none the wiser. Neat/clean, timely, honest, and professional. We would be happy to hire him again.

Greg was absolutely wonderful to work with. He came and fixed our dryer but also diagnosed how it could work better and went above and beyond to get the part and install it. It was refreshing to work with a company that cares about the overall satisfaction of their customers. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Excellent experience. Greg is exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He accurately diagnosed my clothes dryer's problem and brought the needed replacement part with him! None of this sending someone to look at the problem, order the part, wait weeks, and have a second visit. Cost was very reasonable. I will certainly use this company, if needed, again.
